Indictment handed down against man accused of abducting Patchogue girl

A grand jury indictment has been handed down against Francis Buckheit the man accused of abducting Emma Gervasi. Buckheit, was arrested on Jan. 3 and charged with kidnapping and endangering the welfare of a child in connection to the 14-year-old from Patchogue who was missing for weeks.  He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
