Today is Galentines Day. Galentines is the day where we celebrate our females friendships. The holiday has become more popular over the years but actual was first introduced as a thing on the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation. Amy Poehler’s character Leslie Knope is the originator of the holiday and it has become a full blown thing because of it. You can find merch for it and even resort and restaurant deals.
