A scheduled court appearance Wednesday by alleged serial killer Rex Heuermann has been postponed till Jan. 29 to allow time for prosecutors to answer a defense request to exclude DNA evidence.
The defense motion states prosecutors will seek to introduce the DNA evidence which has previously not been used in New York.
