Court documents say Steven Schwally the man accused of driving drunk and killing four people in a crash at a Deer Park nail salon had a prior DWI conviction.
Record show Schwall had a DWI arrest in March 2013. Reportely he struck a mailbox in Dix Hills, and then fled the scene.
