NY Governor Andrew Cuomo announced on Monday that the Port Authority of NY and NJ and NYC Health and Hospitals will be setting up COVID-19 testing sites at JFK and LaGuardia Airports to limit the spread of the coronavirus from visitors arriving out of state. Its still unclear how this will be implemented.
