Michael Hynes, the former Port Washington school’s superintendent will now be facing upgraded charges in connection to a crash that seriously hurt a motorcyclist in Sayville last November.
Court records show Hynes will be arraigned on an indictment Friday. The new charges include vehicular assault and DWI.
