The Town of Hempstead’s lawsuit against NYC congestion pricing will have a court date on January 16th after the plan is set to begin on on Jan. 5.
A judge is giving New York State and the MTA until Jan. 16 to respond to the town’s attempt to stop the plan.
Under the plan, drivers will be charged at least $9 to enter Manhattan below 60th Street.
