Suspected Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann is set to appear in front of a judge in Riverhead Tuesday.
Following the appearance, Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney and representatives of the Gilgo Beach Homicide Investigation Task Force will hold a press conference to announce what they are calling “a new significant development in the case”.
