The estate of Gina Pellettiere, the Farmingdale High School band director who was killed in last year’s deadly bus crash has filed a lawsuit.
The estate names the bus company, bus driver and tire company in the suit, alleging the bus was not properly and thoroughly inspected and that the driver was speeding prior to the crash.
More than a dozen lawsuits have been filed in connection to the crash.
