DreamWorks Animation confirmed “Shrek 5” is in the works. The movie is set to be released on July 1, 2026 so we have to wait a bit. Looks like a lot of the original cast is returning Mike Meyers (Shrek) Eddie Murphy (Donkey) and Cameron Diaz (Fiona.) It looks like they are also working on a solo Donkey movie too so lots coming in the ShrekVerse soon!
