Man wounded in shooting in casino parking lot

There was shooting Friday night in the parking lot of Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel that left a Wyandanch man seriously injured.
The victim was in the parking lot at around 10 p.m. when the shooter approached him and shot twice. The suspect then fled the scene.
The victim was able to walk into the casino and the casino staff called police. He was hospitalized for treatment.
No arrests had been made. Anyone with information is urged to call police.
