A Massapequa couple has been charged in connection with Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
Kevin and Carol Moore are accused of illegally entering the Capitol building. Federal authorities say Kevin Moore also aggressively yelled and gestured at a law enforcement officer.
Both are charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct. They were released Thursday without having to post bail.
