Patrick Dempsey aka McDreamy from “Grey’s Anatomy” is People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive for 2023. How has he not been it before?! Chris Evans rightfully so was last year’s winner.
“I’m glad it’s happening at this point in my life. It’s nice to have the recognition, and certainly my ego takes a little bump, but it gives me the platform to use it for something positive.” Patrick said completely shocked when he first found out.
