The 12 finalists have been revealed for the 2023 National Toy Hall of Fame.

Mattel’s Ken . . .The Little Tykes Cozy Coupe (the classic red car with the yellow roof) . . . Nerf toys . . . slime . . . and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Is slime a toy?! I know it was a part of my childhood because they slimed everyone on Nickelodeon.
Only three of the 12 toys will be inducted on November 9th. Public voting is open now at MuseumOfPlay.org. And in case you were wondering the toys that made the cut last year were Lite-Brite, Masters of the Universe, and the Top . . . the toy you spin. Bingo and Nerf were finalists last year too but didn’t make the cut.
