Lots of Disney sequels are coming soon! Disney announced yesterday a third Frozen movie, fifth Toy Story movie and a second Zootopia film. We don’t have any other details yet. Hopefully all our favorite duos return like Tom Hanks and Tim Allen in Toy Story, Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell in Frozen, and then Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman in Zootopia.
“Today I’m so pleased to announce that we have sequels in the works from our animation studios to some of our most popular franchises, Toy Story, Frozen and Zootopia,” Disney CEO Bob Iger announced, “We’ll have more to share about these productions soon, but this is a great example of how we’re leaning into our unrivaled brands and franchises.”
Toy Stoy has more movies, spinoffs and shorts than any other Disney film. Most recently we got Lightyear with Chris Evans. Oh, and let’s not forget the adorable Zootopia+ short on Disney+ too!
