Shoreham, NY- A Math teacher from the Shoreham-Wading River High School, was arrested Monday on charges including Rape and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Suffolk County Police say 28-year-old Veronica Pezdan, of Holbrook, allegedly had a sexual relationship with a student from the school over the past two months. Pezdan will be arraigned Tuesday in a Central Islip courtroom.
