(Port Jefferson Station, NY)- Suffolk County Police are searching for a woman that they say, fled the scene of a serious crash on Sunday night in Port Jefferson Station. Officials say a woman driving a 2002 Ford Explorer, made a U-turn at the intersection of Route 347 and Sara Circle around 10:30pm and collided with an eastbound Toyota Prius. The driver of the Prius, 65-year-old Deogracias Pablo, was transported to Stony Brook University Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. The woman driving the Explorer, fled the scene on foot. The accident happened around 10:30pm Sunday night. Suffolk County Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
