At New York airports starting, Tuesday July 14, 2020, travelers from states with high corona-virus infection rates, will need to fill out a form or face a fine.
Governor Como announced on Monday, that travelers could face a $2,000 fine for failing to fill out a form that state officials will use to track travelers and ensure they’re following quarantine restrictions. The governors office said that New York State will have enforcement teams at New York airport’s.

Based upon Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 205, issued June 25, 2020, the following states meet the criteria for required quarantine:
